Wecome aboard:Seven of my closest relatives-mother,father,2 brothers,sister,sister’s husband,wfe’s dad all died in just five years’ time due to lack of awareness about active life, good nutritious food,regular exercise,stress-free life and regular visits to family doctor. I embarked upon the idea of educating the masses through this blog by writing original articles, bringing the health articles published by other authors,comments from specialists,audio and video files from my radio talks and the hosted events in my community. I have tried to help the community by completeing Teleconnect Program of Immigrant Services,raising awareness in annual multicultural festival event,regular radio freelancing and hosting at CFRU 93.3FM “Navrang Guelph with Arun” and volunteering with computer education at Immigrant services. Involvement with the programs of Local Immigration Partnership is another endeavour in this direction. All these efforts including this blog is searching for the respite from flames burning in me from the deaths of my nears and dears.
